If you plan to go to Van from any part of country (Turkey), I can suggest you two main popular bus companies. One of them is Best Van Tur and the second one is Van Gölü Seyahat. As far as i observed, these two companies are the most popular ones. If you travel to Van from Tatvan and want to reach Van via Gevaş (Akdamar), you have to take Best Van or Van Gölü. But if you want to see interesting places such as Ahlat and Erciş, you can take Erciş İtimat for that. Because it makes a round trip around the lake which might be interesting for you.
